Our series of collaborative workshops brought thought leaders and key stakeholders together to clearly understand and define the challenges: Adult Social Care, Citizen Engagement and Business Support Services.
Reaching out to our global network, 12 scale-ups were selected by working iteratively to find hyper-relevant solutions. The next stop was facilitating change within Local Government and fostering the wider Local Government community whilst returning on investment and creating impact.

We led all parts of the innovation programme delivery, from scale-up business support through to collaborative pitch and co-creation sessions with the Authority C-Suite.
​
Five scale-ups worked through partnerships with the Authority and the initiative generated over 100 opportunities to the wider Local Government community to drive meaningful change.
